Program Manager

Oversee our new community apartments in Great Barrington. Responsibilities: Insure that the individuals who live in the apartment are supported with dignity and respect and have a safe and nurturing environment; provide leadership, including scheduling of staff and routines, and resource management; insure support for the individuals in making choices, developing community relationships, and helping to manage their daily lives; advocate for medical, behavioral, and social interventions whenever needed; maintain and encourage family relationships.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
  • Must become MAP certified
  • Experience working with special needs population preferred, but not required
  • Meet programs requirements for background checks
  • Able to work independently
