Nursing has 2 night nurse openings:
Schedules as follows:

Nurse 1
Week 1: Sun, Mon, Fri, Sat
Week 2: Sun, Mon Tues, Thursday

Nurse 2:
Fri, Sat, Mon, Tuesday

We prefer full-time (40 hours) but will work with the right candidates if they prefer fewer hours.

Follow all procedures related to authorization, monitoring, physician's orders, observation, and documentation. Provide therapeutic interventions to assist students in attaining the goals and objectives on their Individualized Action Plans. Develop medical/nursing goals and objectives to meet student’s health needs, if indicated. Implement nursing and medical objectives. Arrange for medical consultations, appointments, labs as ordered.

Basic Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing. Valid driver’s license (MA, CT, or NY State). Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods of time. Prefer, experience working with a Special Needs population. Must meet program requirements for background checks (Acceptable CORI - Criminal Offender Record Information and OIG).

Additional Requirements: Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN. At least two years direct experience in the provision of nursing services to psychiatrically/emotionally challenged and understanding of the range of interventions and treatment required by this population. Experience in a residential treatment setting preferred. Current certification in CPR. MA licensed.
