We are a School for Children with Special Education Needs, a Day Rehabilitation program for adults and a residential home for both children and adults. Our services are essential and MUST continue operating. Winter, spring, summer and fall, we work with a team of 300 staff to help our clients be independent, engaged and happy.

Residential staff at JRI work with children, adolescents and adults, facilitating therapeutic and fun recreational activities, maintaining safety and security and working as part of an interdisciplinary team including clinicians, nurses, teachers and residential staff. This is a job where you can make a real difference in the lives of the people we serve.

We are looking for people who are creative, flexible, innovative and able to work well with others. Previous experience working with children or adolescents is a plus. We provide comprehensive training and support.
